Recommended dosage
To achieve the desired effects, it is necessary to take at least 5g of creatine daily!
Divide your body weight (in kg) by 5 – and take that amount (in grams) each day during the loading phase (first week). After this period, it is recommended to switch to a maintenance dose, which is half of the loading dose.
Take on an empty stomach, preferably after training, together with simple carbohydrates.
For every 5g of creatine, drink 300 ml of liquid to ensure proper dissolution.
Do not take more than 10 grams at once, and spread your daily intake evenly throughout the day!
